Remove duplicate DMARC records

The spec allows exactly one DMARC record. When several exist, receivers discard all of them and your domain is left unprotected. Keep one.

There are multiple DMARC records. The spec requires exactly one, so receivers may ignore all of them.

- 2 Find all TXT records for _dmarc.yourdomain.com
- 3 Delete all but one. RFC 7489 requires exactly one DMARC record
